Handle fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency. Keep up with the rush while ensuring every meal is perfect. Work as a team to support each other in a high-energy kitchen environment. Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment. Follow Chick-fil-A's strict food safety procedures to ensure every meal is served fresh and safe. Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team. What We're Looking For: You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in your work. You're capable of standing for long periods and able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy items when required. You can thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment. You're a team player—you know that the kitchen only runs smoothly when everyone works together. You're not afraid of hard work and love the satisfaction of a job well done. You are willing to learn, grow, and improve every day. Closing availability is required. You must be able to work until 11:00 PM/11:30 PM during each of your shifts year around.
