Sourcing Manager, Diagnostics Direct Procurement (Hybrid)

Job Description Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a Sourcing Manager, Diagnostics Direct Procurement based out of Tucson, AZ (Hybrid). Job Duration: Long term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension) Pay Rate: $54/hr on W2 DOE Location: Tucson, AZ (split time between Marana site and Oro Valley site). Mandatory to be on-site at least 3 days per week (Tuesday and Thursdays at Oro Valley Campus. Wednesday at Marana campus). Focuses on supplier management, escalations, master data management, cost savings, and continuous improvement. Qualifications University degree, with a business-related degree, preferably a post-graduate business qualification PLUS 3+ years of procurement experience with experience in basic contracting, business enterprise systems, and spot buying. Experience or demonstrated understanding in supporting cost reduction and value improvement programs. Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement methodologies as well as experience in Life Sciences are a plus. Experience with enterprise systems and procure-to-pay tools and eSourcing tools is desired.
