Low Voltage Project Manager

Project Managers with Faith Technologies have the unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing and constantly changing company. They are responsible for generating business, providing general management of electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects, and overseeing staff. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields. Or Experience: 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred. Travel: 15‑20% Work Schedule: Approximately 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work any time as needed. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects. Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, on time, and with high quality per customer expectations. Identify and generate new business opportunities. Network, establish, and maintain customer relationships. Promote a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations. Work with the Purchasing Department and vendors to coordinate materials effectively. Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings (e.g., ORM’s, Staffing Meetings, Jobsite Meetings, Project Manager Meetings, Financial Meetings). Participate in bi‑annual field performance reviews, conduct employee performance reviews in a timely manner, coach employees for growth, and support merit wage increases. Partner with Human Resources to optimize recruiting, selection, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports. Review outgoing estimates with the Estimating Department to ensure accuracy. Visit various job sites to interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors to ensure proper progress and encourage safe behavior. Benefits Competitive, merit‑based compensation.
