Key Qualifications:

• Experience or strong interest in supporting pediatric populations as an SLPA or SLP (CCC, CFY)
• Familiarity with healthcare, school, and pediatric SLP practices beneficial
• Ability to assist with IEPs, attend meetings, contribute to report writing, and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Active or pending Arkansas licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcomed
• Comfortable with assessments, treatment planning, and maintaining thorough documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with Speech Language Pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist in conducting student evaluations and progress monitoring
• Support IEP development and participate in related meetings
• Document services and collaborate regularly with educators and other specialists
• Adapt to student age ranges and caseloads based on your strengths and interests
• Availability for full-time, with potential for part-time flexibility within the district
