Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our team and provide elevated, personalized dermatologic care. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician who thrives in a cosmetic‑heavy, private‑pay or PPO model, and is looking to practice with autonomy in a supportive, highly professional environment. The position offers a base pay and a high commission structure with no cap on earnings. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including skin checks, medical treatments, and minor surgical procedures. Deliver an elevated, concierge‑level experience tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with a discerning Beverly Hills patient base. Collaborate with our in‑house team of medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff. Contribute to a collaborative and respectful clinical culture grounded in quality, empathy, and integrity. Qualifications Board Certified in Dermatology (required). At least 1 year of clinical experience in a private practice or concierge setting preferred. Strong clinical acumen and a warm, patient‑centered approach. Comfort with medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology (as appropriate). Active California medical license (or ability to obtain).
