Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

This role offers an opportunity for an intern transitioning into a general production environment, supporting day-to-day operations through hands-on work in manufacturing and assembly. You will contribute to efficient production processes while gaining practical experience and building a strong foundation for future career growth.

• Support daily production activities by performing general labor tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with assembly operations, following established procedures and work instructions.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment as directed, ensuring proper use and care.
• Inspect materials and assembled components for visible defects and report any issues to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support smooth production flow.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while working on the production floor.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn new tasks, processes, and equipment as needed.

• Ability to perform general production and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic aptitude for assembly work, including handling materials and components with care.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled work hours.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Interest in transitioning from an intern or entry-level position into a hands-on production role.
• Previous exposure to production, general labor, or assembly environments is helpful but not required.

The role takes place in a production and assembly setting where you will perform hands-on tasks involving materials, components, and basic tools. You will work alongside other production team members under structured processes and schedules designed to meet production targets.

This is a Contract position based out of Dunlap, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Dunlap,TN.
