- Educate clients on available programs and coverage options
- Follow established customer service and sales processes
- Complete client enrollment and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Willing to complete required state licensing
- Own a laptop/desktop, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace
