Mostly ortho spines gyn eyes plastics general OR cases. Out of OR cases include GI CV/TEE and MRI coverage may be asked. Requirements: • Are Board Certifications Req’d?: NBCRNA• Which State Licenses Req’d?: SC• Certifications Req’d? BLS / ACLS / etc: BLS ACLS PALS all certs required through AHA• Minimum experience required: 2 years• Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgrounds onlyCredentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days with SC license 90 withoutAre you willing To License?: YesIs IMLC Accepted?: NoWhich travel is billable: bill rate is all-inclusive Rates: 327hr OT Holiday 1.35x 441.45/hr Shift Info: Day 5x10-Hour 07:00 - 17:00
