The Accounts Payable Manager is a full-time role based in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees the end-to-end accounts payable function, including reviewing and processing invoices, managing payment runs, and ensuring accurate coding and timely payments to vendors. The Accounts Payable Manager will reconcile accounts and maintain compliance with company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing variances, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders, and improving AP workflows and controls. The role also involves supervising AP staff, supporting month-end close, collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams, and contributing to process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills, including experience with accounts payable and vendor management.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Proficiency with accounts payable systems and general ledger software.
• Experience managing or leading an accounts payable team preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of internal control best practices; prior healthcare or medical practice experience is a plus.
