Job Title: Patient Services Representative III (Floater) / Phlebotomist

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Patient Services Representative III with 3+ years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections . Responsible for specimen collection, venipuncture, patient registration, specimen processing, labeling, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Experience in a Patient Service Center (PSC) , data entry, and working in a fast-paced environment preferred. Must have reliable transportation, flexibility to travel between locations, and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
• Pediatric, geriatric & capillary blood collection
• Venipuncture & specimen processing
• Patient Service Center (PSC) experience preferred
• Customer service & patient interaction
• Data entry/keyboard skills
• High School Diploma (required)
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA/NV/WA)
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Flexible to float between multiple locations
