Center St. Grand Prairie, TX 75051, USA Description Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Open the bakery early in the morning Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough Prepare, produce and bake a variety of Hispanic breads and pastries (must have recipe experience). Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. gluten-free or vegan desserts) Track food supplies and place orders, as needed Other duties common to the Bakery department may be assigned by the supervisor as needed. Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role Must be 18 years of age Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
