Registered Nurse NICU

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and float to satellite facilities as needed to support patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive neonatal nursing care to high-risk infants in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting trends and deviations.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support immediate neonatal stabilization.
• Follow protocol for invasive procedures and medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to designated satellite facilities, maintaining flexibility with variable shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California RN license or have an ETA for license posting.
• Possess BLS and NRP certification.
• Have at least 2 years of NICU Level 3 or higher experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Epic software and neonatal high-risk procedures.
• Experienced in attending high-risk deliveries and managing neonatal emergencies.
