As a Content Design Associate in Employee Experience - CAO Help Content, you will play a contributing role in shaping customer experiences by planning, creating, and structuring product content. Leveraging your developing knowledge of content design practices and principles, create intuitive and compelling user journeys. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, exercise initiative and judgment to resolve short-term problems, and contribute to the improvement of current working methods. At the Associate level, demonstrate your proficiency in core content design craft skills, while continuously developing your expertise in these and other design areas. Your work will have an impact on enhancing user experience and building customer confidence in our products and services. Job responsibilities Plan and create engaging, user-friendly content for product or service features and adhere to the firm's standards and best practices Structure and organize content using content architecture principles to enhance user experience and facilitate easy navigation within products and services Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with user needs, business goals, and accessibility guidelines Draft clear, concise, engaging content for diverse audiences and communicate complex concepts effectively Engage in iterative design processes and use user feedback to improve content quality.
