Clinical Psychologist – Queens, NY Achieve Beyond is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to provide evaluations and services in homes, schools, and clinics throughout the New York metro area. Description Join a team of passionate therapists delivering high-quality pediatric therapy and support, adhering to our ethical standards of collaboration and quality. Responsibilities Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school based settings. Gather information to conduct social histories. Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories, submitting them in a timely manner. Write Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and/or Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) goals. Determine need for additional assessments based on observations and child needs. Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child. Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families, submitting records to the agency within established deadlines. Requirements Passion for working with children and families. Valid NYS Clinical Psychologist license. Self‑motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to and from assigned cases via personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation. Ability to ascend and descend staircases. Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly. Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, or crawl for extended periods of time. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
