Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our law office. In this role, you will support residential real estate transactions and related legal matters by preparing closing documents and managing case files. We represent sellers, buyers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions. A portion of our practice is also devoted to the practice of immigration law. Immigration experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, closing statements, loan documents, deeds, leases, and title documents Prepare and proofread legal documents with precision, ensuring clarity and adherence to firm standards Conduct interviews with clients to gather pertinent information for case development Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing files, and maintaining organized case files Support attorney in drafting contracts, legal correspondence, and other documentation necessary for real estate matters Requirements Proven paralegal experience with a focus on real estate law or related field Familiarity with closing documents, closing statements, lender's closing disclosure (CD) forms Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects proactively and simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in document review, proofreading, data entry, filing systems, and document management systems Strong clerical skills including phone etiquette and administrative support experience Ability to conduct interviews effectively and maintain confidentiality at all times Knowledge of immigration law and form preparation software, such as E-immigration a plus.
