Outside Sales Representative

Role Description The Outside Sales Representative (Full-Time, On-Site – Houston, TX) will drive new business and maintain client relationships for Candid8’s engineering and IT solutions. You will prospect new accounts, conduct in-person meetings, deliver tailored presentations, manage pipelines, and close deals while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Qualifications Strong B2B sales, presentation, and negotiation skills, preferably in IT or engineering services. Proven track record in new business development, account management, and hitting sales targets. Ability to work on-site (Houston, TX) and travel locally to client sites. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting, and standard productivity tools (MS Office).
