Bilingual Call Center Agent

Job Description Ultimate Staffing is seeking experienced Bilingual Call Center Representatives for an immediate opening in Raleigh, NC (Capital Blvd area near Beltline). HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am-6pm NO Sales! Great benefits! Growth potential! Pay $19-$21/hour Must be able to handle high volume inbound and/or outbound calls Receive and promptly respond to real-time customer questions/issues Provide exceptional customer service
REQUIREMENTS
