RN Unit Manager - Registered Nurse A skilled home near Nashville, TN is looking for a qualified RN Unit Manager. What You’ll Do: Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses. Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments. Observe residents’ conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary. Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications. Perform other assigned duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
