Registered Nurse

Overview Reedsburg Area Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team, where you can make a meaningful impact every day. Schedule 36 hours per week 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights) Every 3rd weekend & rotating holidays Position Summary The RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting health and continuity of care in a cost-effective manner. This role includes working within an acuity-based staffing model, ensuring patient assignments are aligned with patient needs and nurse workload to support safe, balanced, and effective care delivery. You’ll provide direct nursing care, support patients and families, and utilize the nursing process in accordance with professional standards. Patient populations include newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Education & Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Wisconsin RN license BLS required; PALS & ACLS within one year of hire Advanced certification preferred Must meet Employee Health requirements Why Join RAMC?
