What's Your Day Like?
As a Group Instructor at the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, you will engage participants in a variety of classes, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. You will be responsible for designing and implementing dynamic lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and interests. Daily tasks include demonstrating exercises, providing guidance, and offering constructive feedback to participants.
Additionally, you will monitor class attendance and maintain a safe environment, upholding our commitment to safety and integrity. You'll be expected to collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance program offerings and foster a cooperative community spirit. Finally, maintaining open communication with participants and responding to their needs will be essential for creating an uplifting experience.
