Front Office Assistant Location: San Diego, CA Pay Rate: $21 to $23 an hour Schedule: Monday-Friday - Daytime Hours Onsite Temp-to-Hire OpportunityWhat You'll Be Doing
- Welcome visitors and help them get checked in
- File necessary mail or documentation
- Answer calls and direct them to the right person
- Keep information up to date in the system
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide great customer service and be a friendly face for the office
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed
- 2+ years of front desk or admin experience
- Someone who's comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful
