MB2 Dental is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the Pacific Northwest. This remote role requires up to 50% overnight travel and partnerships with dentist owners, practice leaders, and executive leadership to drive growth and performance.

You will analyze financial statements and KPIs, develop strategic action plans, and ensure exceptional patient service while maintaining compliance with company standards.
