Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

In this role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect power winches, reducers, and rigging equipment used in demanding environments such as mines, construction sites, barge operations, and theaters. The work you do directly impacts the safety and success of our customers, which is why accuracy, teamwork, and accountability are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to blueprints, ensuring parts and subassemblies are manufactured correctly and fit properly during final assembly.
• Assemble and set gears, square fitments, press seals and bearings, set gear brakes, tap threads, inspect seals, and check for oil leaks.
• Perform basic electrical wiring. Pneumatic experience is a plus.
• Troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues independently and as part of a team.
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble products safely and efficiently.
• Measure, test, and inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Manage inventory by labeling, locating, picking, and delivering parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while performing routine equipment maintenance.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of related mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
