GTM Engineer

Salary: $90,000 – $200,000, based on performance. This is a commission-based role. The product is built and it works. This role is about getting it in front of the SaaS teams who are currently building custom-domain onboarding themselves and would rather not. You will own go-to-market: figuring out who feels this pain most, reaching them where developers actually pay attention, and turning interest into teams that ship with us. This is a hands‑on seat on a small team, not a role that hands work to a department that does not exist yet. What you will do Define the segments and use cases where fully‑managed custom‑domain onboarding is an obvious yes, and sharpen the positioning for each. Build the channels that reach developers and technical founders: content, search, developer communities, and partnerships you run alongside the partnerships lead. Own the funnel from first touch to a live integration, and instrument it so we know what actually converts. Write plainly about a technical product, so a developer trusts it and a founder understands the value in a sentence. Run experiments, keep the ones that work, and be honest about the ones that do not. What we are looking for You have driven growth for a developer or technical product and can point to what moved. You understand how developers evaluate and adopt tools, and you do not try to hype them. You are comfortable owning numbers end to end, from traffic to activated integrations. You write and think clearly, and you would rather earn trust than manufacture urgency. Bonus You have taken an API, infrastructure, or developer‑tools product to market.
