A well-established health system is seeking a BC/BE PM&R Physician to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to practice both inpatient and outpatient focusing on Neurological rehabilitation. As part of a large multi-specialty clinic including Neurology, Neurosurgery and Pain Medicine, incoming physician will enjoy a large referral base. Located in western WI, the area offers affordable living, excellent schools, plenty of outdoor recreation and beautiful views!

Practice details include:

• Hybrid inpatient and outpatient position focusing on neurological rehabilitation, but with opportunity for musculoskeletal as part of the outpatient practice
