Recruiting Assistant- Temporary (6-12 months) Curt G. Joa, Inc., 100 Crocker Avenue, Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, United States of America Job Description The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for assisting the Human Resources team members with the recruitment of open positions and the onboarding of new team members. This position is designed as a project position with a duration of 6-12 months. Description of Essential Duties: Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management Source and mine resumes across multiple platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline. Generate and maintain a qualified candidate pool for open requisitions. Screen candidates against job descriptions and conduct initial phone screens to assess fit. Schedule and coordinate in‑person interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Manage candidate dispositioning and workflow tracking within Ceridian. Recruitment Marketing Support social media recruitment campaigns to attract talent and increase brand visibility. HR & Administrative Support Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare and organize onboarding materials, including binders, paperwork, and compliance documents. Coordinate pre‑employment requirements such as background checks and drug screenings. Maintain accurate filing systems and employee documentation. Assist with general HR department needs and cross‑functional support. Systems & Process Management Utilize onboarding and offboarding systems to ensure smooth employee transitions. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and HR standards. Description of Occasional Job Functions: Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualification Requirements: Education equivalent to an Associate’s Degree. Prior experience in HR, recruiting support, or administrative support preferred but not required. Must be reliable, self-starter, and possess natural curiosity. Requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Excel and Word. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse group of people and external candidates. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
