To join our team, you must bring:Physical Agility & Awareness: You should be physically active and responsive enough to manage everyday mild to moderate tasks (bending, lifting, reaching). Above all, you must maintain excellent situational awareness and quick reflexes to ensure environmental safety and provide steady, safe guidance to a senior during a crisis or an emergency, such as a fire.Absolute Reliability: Our seniors truly look forward to your visits, and they genuinely need you there. Consistency is vital to their well-being, so we require mature professionals who are deeply committed to their scheduled shifts and rarely call off. Your reliability is the foundation of their safety and peace of mind.A Ready Vehicle: A valid US Driver's License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance to get you safely to and from your appointments at the seniors' homes.Background & Credentials: The ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and personality evaluation.
