Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage technology projects throughout the project lifecycle using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, cross-functional resources, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects while balancing scope, schedule, quality, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through planning, execution, delivery, and closure while managing scope, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, and Release Planning.
• Develop and maintain project plans, release plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, costs, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Remove impediments and create an environment that enables team productivity and success.
• Protect project teams from unnecessary distractions and ensure focus on delivery objectives.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and planning activities.
• Monitor team performance, velocity, and project metrics to drive transparency and accountability.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of Agile, Waterfall, and organizational project management practices.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Strong experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and project management best practices.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
• Knowledge of SAFe framework and scaled Agile delivery practices is preferred.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong business relationships.
• Experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience assisting Product Owners with backlog creation, prioritization, and refinement.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to balance project scope, quality, schedule, budget, and business objectives in fast-paced environments.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
