Dental Hygienist (Periodontal Specialty Office)

Ocean Township, New Jersey Established and respected periodontal specialty office looking to add a hygienist with great skills, personality, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills to care for our patients. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills and take part in state-of-the-art treatment and dental care as well as being a part of a great team. Seeking a hygienist ideally to work Mondays. Primary responsibilities include caring for patients by: Providing scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance procedures, Obtaining patient information and creating records, Communicating with referring dentists and teams Taking radiographs, Recording periodontal charting, and Scheduling appointments Assisting with new patient consultation/evaluation visits Proficient computer skills, digital x-rays and Dentrix is beneficial. Interest in utilizing Periodontal Endoscopy (PerioView) during treatment Current New Jersey dental hygiene license is required. Current New Jersey local anesthesia permit preferred.
