Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse, manufacturing, and fulfillment operations. Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier and vendor relationships. Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and company standards. Lead and develop operations staff, supervisors, and warehouse teams. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain material availability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and fulfillment functions. Resolve operational issues affecting customer orders, inventory, or production schedules. Support ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations and reporting.
