Patent Agent (Engineering) - Korean Language Fluency Required

We are seeking an experienced Patent Agent who is fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken) to join our Prosecution & Counseling department. This role is ideal for a current Patent Agent with a strong technical background who is interested in applying their expertise to intellectual property strategy, patent preparation, and prosecution for clients that span from major consumer products companies and academic institutions to start-up companies. This position can be based in our Boston, New York, or Washington, DC office, or fully remote. Patent agents with at least two (2+) years of current law firm experience will be considered. Responsibilities include: Draft, file, and prosecute high-quality patent applications Prepare responses to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) office actions Conduct examiner interviews and perform freedom to operate analyses Conduct scientific, technical and legal research to support prosecution and portfolio strategy The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
