Facilities Manager Schedules: Full-Time Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Benefits: Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave We're looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations Manage vendor relationships and bids for services Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies Improve systems and processes continuously Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager Competency with Microsoft Office Suite Personnel management experience preferred Commitment to drug‑free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use Position Requirements Position: Facilities Manager Full-Time Shift: Days Location: DEN1 Number of Openings: 1 Hiring Manager(s): Tracy Polk Position currently accepting applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Sheridan Grove Recovery
