Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and security-focused Sr. AEM DevSecOps Engineer to lead platform-level security orchestration, compliance auditing, and continuous integration governance under a permanent, full-time remote configuration anywhere in India. Sitting within our core Engineering division, you will be the absolute technical owner of safeguarding our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service platform. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level website layout adjustments, or basic helpline ticketing, you will operate an active cross-cloud vulnerability remediation, static/dynamic code analysis (SAST/DAST), and automated edge security laboratory. Partnering directly beside distributed internal Compliance, Risk management, and Core Engineering cells, you will architect secure-by-design pipelines from code commit through automated deployment. This position requires a DevSecOps authority with 5+ years of infrastructure history (including 2+ years of hands-on AEM Cloud Service proficiency) who guides system boundaries fluidly natively using DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Python primitives, manages complex edge security tools, and accommodates a reliable daily coordination overlap with US East Coast business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• AEM Platform Security Governance: Remediate platform-level infrastructure vulnerabilities, triaging and closing system defects identified via security assessments and CVE alerts natively utilizing DevOps and cloud security primitives.
• Vulnerability Management Control: Instrument and manage automated security scanning toolchains—explicitly configuring static and dynamic application testing models ( Snyk, SAST/DAST frameworks ) and dependency evaluations.
• Edge and CDN Infrastructure Instrumentation: Secure digital application delivery pathways, configuring and optimizing Cloudflare CDN caching, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), edge routing structures, and Content Security Policies (CSP).
• Secure DevOps Pipeline Engineering: Inject, scale, and maintain automated security controls natively within CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitHub Actions , managing environments via Adobe Cloud Manager.
• Identity and Access Architecture: Supervise enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, structuring user provisioning, access review loops, and tight credential lifecycle parameters under least-privilege configurations.
• Audit, Logging and Compliance Triage: Address internal and external platform audit discoveries, collecting data evidence, maintaining centralized logs, and setting retention policies to satisfy compliance models.
• Scripting and Tool Customization: Leverage modern programming architectures—such as Python , Bash scripts, Java, or JavaScript—to automate credentials rotation and platform remediation tasks.
• Incident Response Partnership: Support active security incident response efforts, directing root-cause analysis (RCA) loops and publishing detailed technical vulnerability logs to guide future strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven, successful professional systems infrastructure history operating as a DevSecOps Engineer, Security Architect, Infrastructure Developer, Site Reliability Specialist, or closely matching tech-enabled reliability capacity.
• Mandatory Adobe Ecosystem Fluency: A minimum of 2+ years of deep, direct practical engineering experience deploying and maintaining the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service platform.
• Expert command configuring modern automated CI/CD workflows and code repositories natively utilizing GitHub Actions or Jenkins architectures.
• Hands-on operational intimacy operating security analysis tools (specifically Snyk ), setting up secrets management vaults, and configuring Cloudflare enterprise networking shields.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and textual communication strengths in English, with an established history presenting technical limitations and system vulnerabilities clearly to distributed cross-functional groups.
• Shift & Alignment Context: Position requires uncompromised operational capacity to fulfill approximately 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) , typically beginning around 6:30 PM IST.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified infrastructure and security authorities residing permanently within India (with a key engineering development cell in Ahmedabad) .
