Cell Platform Development Senior Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Scout and incubate frontier energy-storage cell technologies.

1. Develop advanced cell technology, platform technology, and its implementation.

1. Engage global customers and solve their technical problems.

1. Lead and manage a frontier-technology development team.

Requirements:

1. PhD with a research background in chemistry or materials; Li-ion or Na-ion battery experience preferred.

1. Familiarity with Li-battery materials and processes, and with EIS, cyclic voltammetry, XRD, and SEM.

1. Strong analysis and communication; drive, self-motivation, and resilience; good English.
