Logistics Coordinator

Carolinas Staffing is looking for an On-Site Logistics Coordinator in Loris, SC!

The Logistics Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of inbound and outbound international shipments. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing shipping documents, and communicating with internal teams and external partners. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on supply chain experience and build strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve or communicate delays as needed
• Coordinate inbound container schedules with transportation partners and warehouses
• Obtain quotes for outbound international shipments (LTL and truckload)
• Prepare and send shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists, labels)
• Provide shipment details to the FTZ Coordinator
• Respond to internal questions about shipment status
• Work with brokers to resolve issues such as delays, damages, or shortages
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Good analytical and basic math skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in English (reading and writing)

Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
