Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP certification
• Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience providing speech services in public or private schools preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver effective speech and language therapy services to caseload in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of progress, treatment, and attendance logs
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and support the IEP implementation process
• Educate and consult with parents, teachers, and staff regarding students’ communication needs and strategies
• Uphold best practices and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery
