Bilingual Social Services Receptionist

Catholic Charities of New York is seeking a Receptionist for the HomeBase office in the Preserving Housing department. This full-time, non-exempt role handles front-desk inquiries by phone, email, and in person, delivering professional service while assessing needs and directing clients to appropriate services.
The receptionist will perform data entry, assist case managers, and support disaster/emergency responses. HS diploma required; bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
