Role: Experienced Spray Foam Insulation Lead Technician

This is an experienced position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2+ years of skilled spray foam insulation experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family , and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in spray foam insulation installation including operating, cleaning, and maintaining a rig
• A positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Willingness to work overtime
• Be a team player
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
• Previous experience specifically related to insulation, and a passion for growing!

Experienced Spray Foam Technician Compensation: Hourly and Percentage Available


Experienced Spray Foam Technician Installer Minimum Requirements:

• Construction/Insulation: 2+ years
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver's license
