Senior Project Manager / Estimator – Paving & Roadway ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead the estimating and management of paving and roadway construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing and estimating Federal, State, County, and City paving/roadway projects from bid through completion.ResponsibilitiesEstimate and manage paving, roadway, and infrastructure projects.Prepare competitive bids, proposals, and project budgets.Manage project schedules, costs, subcontractors, and vendors.Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and field personnel.Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope of work.Track project progress, change orders, and financial performance.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.Qualifications7+ years of experience in civil construction, paving, or roadway work.Proven experience estimating and managing Federal, State, County, and City projects.Strong understanding of roadway construction, asphalt paving, grading, and related civil work.Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.Strong estimating, project management, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with public works/DOT projects strongly preferred.Competitive compensation, strong benefits package, discretionary bonus opportunities, long-term career growth and advancement, stable, growing company with a strong project backlog.
