Position Type: PRN (As Needed)
Northern Dauphin Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
What You'll Do:Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall function.
Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery and quality of life.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
