Village Dental is a privately owned group practice with a proven track record of associate doctor longevity. Our low doctor turnover reflects the supportive, high quality environment we have built, with many of our doctors thriving with us for over 5 years. If you are passionate about learning and excited to offer a wide range of procedures, including sedation dentistry, we would love to connect with you.

- Mentorship : Work alongside two MAGD-certified owners and experienced lead doctors who have been with Village Dental for over 5 years.

Our Doctors are accountable for:

- Coaching and developing the dental team
Requirements:
- 2 + year experience preferred
- Current NC Dental License in good standing
- Desire to become IV sedation certified
- Ability to embrace change while learning efficient and proven clinical systems
