Catering Server - Parkhurst Dining

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Waitstaff. In this role, you'll provide excellent customer service, assist with food and beverage service (including table service and bar duties), maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and bar areas, clear tables, wash equipment, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Shifts will primarily be on Saturday afternoons and evenings, with occasional additional shifts based on business needs. Pay will be discussed during the first interview and will be based on skills and experience. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Employment with Parkhurst Dining at Chatham is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and required child clearances.

As a catering server, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Serve and interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow all service procedures according to Parkhurst's catering manual.
• Follow all event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to successfully complete events.
• Pick up equipment, supplies and food at the completion of an event in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
