Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Own end-to-end program execution from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and reporting Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables Track progress against commitments and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality Cross Functional Leadership Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support Facilitate regular program reviews, PLC / gate meetings, and executive updates Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely decision making Stakeholder Management Act as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders on program status, risks, and deliverables Support customer requirements, reviews, demos, and special/custom requests as part of program execution Translate customer and business requirements into executable plans Risk, Issue & Change Management Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans Manage scope changes through formal change control processes Ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to closure Process & Continuous Improvement Apply program management best practices, tools, and methodologies Drive continuous improvement in execution processes, communication, and reporting Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future programs Qualifications MS / BS in Engineering plus 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent knowledge and 8+ years of related experience Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Capital equipment experience is required. Excellent communication, organization and planning skills to complete tasks in a timely manner Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure Strong sense of urgency, organization, accountability and attention to detail Self-motivated and self-starting disposition are necessary to be successful in this position Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills Experience with project management tools Why Join Onto Innovation? Compensation & Growth Base Salary Range: $96,800.00 - $145,200.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
