Greater Boston Area | High-Volume Import Dealership

A growing, customer-focused automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, employee development, operational excellence, and profitability.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of dealership service operations
Drive customer retention and CSI performance
Recruit, train, develop, and retain service advisors and technicians
Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Maintain effective workflow, scheduling, and repair order management
Collaborate with parts, sales, and leadership teams to achieve dealership objectives

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience
Track record of improving CSI, employee performance, and departmental profitability
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in a high-volume dealership environment preferred
Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS experience a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
