Knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural design, and applicable building codes, including IBC and ASCE 7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform structural calculations and material quantity take-offs. Ability to learn and apply knowledge of EPS products, estimating procedures, and company standards. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, consistent, and error-free work. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to answer technical questions and collaborate with customers, management, and peers. Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while exercising sound judgment within clearly defined responsibilities. Willingness to learn, participate in training, and take initiative to support team members and projects as needed.
