• Ability to maintain detailed records and adapt lesson plans as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Modify curriculum and instructional techniques to meet each student’s unique needs

• Assess student progress and adjust teaching approaches as necessary
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and staff to ensure coordinated support
