Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) What We Offer Competitive pay: $16-$19/hour Shift differentials for nights & weekends Up to $15,000 in nursing school loan reimbursement $10,000 + $5,000 ECPI match Next-day pay available upon request 8-hour shift options Comprehensive benefits package: Multiple healthcare plans PTO + 401(k) with company match PRN opportunities within our network Supportive, team-oriented environment Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide hands‑on care and support to residents, helping ensure their comfort, dignity, and safety while working alongside a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
