Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role is based in Fresno, CA. The Financial Advisor will work directly with clients to assess their financial goals, develop personalized financial plans, and provide guidance on investments, insurance, and retirement strategies. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing financial data, preparing recommendations, and reviewing portfolios to ensure they align with changing needs and market conditions. The role also involves educating clients on financial concepts, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Advisors are expected to build long-term client relationships, adhere to regulatory and ethical standards, and contribute to the company’s customer-focused culture. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to help clients develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies. Knowledge of Finance and Investments to evaluate options, assess risk, and construct suitable portfolios. Expertise in Retirement Planning to guide clients on long-term savings, income planning, and retirement readiness. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities to work with a diverse client base. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CFP®, ChFC®, or similar) are preferred.
