Credit Risk Manager

To support innovative lending strategies, the full-time remote Credit Risk Manager will analyze customer insights and historical loan performance data to refine credit underwriting strategies, oversee credit policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance portfolio health. Key responsibilities Continuously refine credit underwriting strategies using advanced analytics to optimize risk decisions Analyze loan performance data to model credit expansion initiatives and identify new customer segments Develop valuation models and advise Capital Markets on yield projections and performance assumptions Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, or Economics 5+ years of experience in credit risk management or data science within consumer lending Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data modeling and analysis Practical experience with predictive modeling and customer segmentation Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
