The Staff Pad is partnering with a premier hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's Emergency Room team.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patientcare addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs
• Communicate effectively withpatients, families, and the healthcare team
• Deliver high-quality care withprofessionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision ofthe ER physician
• Assess, monitor, and respond tochanging patient conditions
• Perform general nursing dutiesacross departments within the scope of the RN license
• Accurately interpret EKGs, labresults, and other diagnostic information to support patient care

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedRegistered Nursing (RN) program
• Current Tennessee RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALScertifications
• One year of hospital experiencepreferred
• Strong clinical assessment andcritical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in interpreting EKGs,laboratory results, and related diagnostics
